iPhone 4.32 GB on 3 network ?

iPhone 4 on three network has not been tampered with or jail broken it is 32 gb capacity and is black in colour it has a few tiny marks on the screen but are hardly noticeable it has been in a hard rubber case since I bought it which will be supplied with original box charger and earphone selling due to upgraded iPhone 5
