iPhone 3gs, needs a new "connector 1" for the LCD *

i have had my iphone a few years, some time last june i dropped it and broke the screen, i ordered a new one and as i was replacing it i broke the inner lcd - oops, i have since bought a new one and while changing it i damaged the no. 1 connector, i have taken the board out of the phone some time ago and can get a new connector for 5 but i either need advice on de-soldering and re-soldering or, for a fee someone to do it for me, help greatly appreciated, been over a year without this!!!
