Brand New White iPhone 4 8GB ?

This is a brand new White iPhone 4 it is in the brown box because it is a replacement from apple the brown box is still sealed (as you can see from the picture) so i have not opened it up yet. It is on o2 and i dont know if it is unlocked i have only tried o2 in it and there is still warranty on it until 23rd November Give me offers if you think 320 is to high of a price
